By accessing and using Wylderun, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of the site.

2. Eligibility

Wylderun is an 18+ community. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Accounts found in violation of this rule will be permanently banned.

3. User Conduct

Users must engage respectfully with others. Harassment, hate speech, spamming, or any form of disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or removal.

4. Content Guidelines

  • All content must comply with Wylderun’s guidelines.
  • Depictions of underage characters in mature content are strictly prohibited.
  • Public-facing areas of the site, such as forums and banners, must remain SFW.

5. Account Limitations

  • Each user is allowed only one account. If you share an IP with family or roommates, you must contact site moderators for an exception.
  • Users may create up to 10 character profiles.

6. Privacy, Security, and Data Collection

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. Wylderun collects limited user data necessary for site functionality, including account details, user interactions, and content submissions.
  • Wylderun will not share personal data with third parties except as required by law. Users can request data deletion by contacting the site administrators.

7. Moderation, Enforcement, and Content Removal

  • Wylderun utilizes AI-assisted moderation, but final decisions rest with human moderators.
  • Users can report violations through the appropriate channels. Repeated offenses may lead to a permanent ban. Wylderun reserves the right to delete any content, profile, or account without providing a reason.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of their original content but grant Wylderun a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the community.
  • Do not post copyrighted material without proper authorization.

9. Changes to Terms

Wylderun reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
