• The use of playby (face claim) profiles is permitted under strict conditions outlined in the Code of Conduct.

5. Account Management

• Users are permitted to create and manage up to 30 character profiles per account.
• All content submitted under your account is your responsibility.

6. Privacy, Security, and Data Collection

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Wylderun collects minimal data necessary for account creation, functionality, and community moderation. This may include user IDs, profile content, and site activity.
• Wylderun will never sell or distribute your personal data to third parties, except as required by law.
• You may request account deletion and associated data removal by contacting the site administrators.

7. Moderation, Enforcement, and Reporting

• All reports are reviewed by human moderators.
• You may report violations of the Code of Conduct through the site’s reporting system. However, abuse of the report system — including false or malicious reports — may result in disciplinary action.
• Block features are provided for personal boundaries. Please use these first in cases of non-rule-breaking discomfort.
• Reports will be reviewed and acted on when necessary, but you will not be notified of the outcome to protect community privacy.
• Wylderun reserves the right to remove any content, character, or account at its discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your original content.
• By posting on Wylderun, you grant the site a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and archive your content within the community.
• Do not post or use copyrighted material without proper authorization.
